Identifying Obsolete Reports

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) request that Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) identify obsolete reports, reports that no longer meet the needs of the business owner, through the creation of a “master list” using seven criteria, including an “obsolete” identifier. CMS will send further requests related to removing and archiving obsolete reports.
