ICD-10 Changes For National Coverage Determinations

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requests Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) review and apply a series of ICD-10 changes for national coverage determinations (NCDs). Contractors shall remove, add or deactivate codes, or make other changes according to a schedule of ICD-10 alterations. Contractors must also participate in calls to train on changes.
