The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requests Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) MACs recognize the application of records from two new Medicare set-aide processes: a Liability Medicare Set-aside Arrangement (LMSA) and a No-Fault Medicare Set-aside Arrangement (NFMSA).
