Using An FQHC Pricer and The Affordable Care Act

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requests Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) utilize an FQHC pricer according to a payment system established by the Affordable Care Act recognizing “grandfathered” tribal FQHCs. Contractors should adjust adjust FQHC claims with dates of service on or after January 1, 2018 and through March 31, 2018.
