The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requests that Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) make updates to the handling of HCPCS codes and other efforts to utilize a Transitional Drug Add-on Payment Adjustment according to section 217(c) of the Protecting Access to Medicare Act.
